Stainless Steel Winch

Stainless Steel Winches are used in Internal Halyard systems with a pole butt diameter of 6 in. or larger.

These gearless winches utilize cast bronze internal brakes which release when a winch handle is inserted and rotational pressure is applied. The winch is locked by removing the handle at any position which engages the brake system.

The small winch (SSW1) is generally used on poles up to 45 ft in height. The large winch (SSW2) is generally used on poles 45 ft to 80 ft. The X-Large winch (SSW3) is generally used on poles higher than 80 ft.
